Propela is offered under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which governs all apps distributed through the App Store.

Subscriptions

Propela offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings app, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
